The most common and well-known of polymers is polyethylene terephthalate or PET, which is used in the manufacture of bottles for various drinks and liquids. Crushed into small flat pieces of polyethylene terephthalate products are called PET flakes.
They are obtained by processing on special machines with subsequent cleaning. Such procedures make the product more qualitative and expensive. PET flakes can be further processed by injection molding and extrusion methods, have sufficient bulk weight, which allows them to be transported without problems.
PET flakes are sold in big bags (polypropylene bags). At the request of the customer, the technical characteristics of PET flakes can be changed. A pallet and a polyethylene cover can be added to the package.
